•  Insure the execution of the work in time through:

      -The preparation of weekly and daily program of work, and progress report.

          -The deployment of work elements such a personnel: site engineer, foreman, and labors act.

      -The follow up and running of the work.

•  Make daily revision of the work executed, comparison with scheduled work and revision and confirmation of the next day activities.
•  Help in the preparation of the cost-productivity reports (Daily & weekly).
•  Assist at progress and technical site meetings.
•  Work under pressure.
•   Follow the instructions and pre-established guidelines.
•  Prepare all structural material submittals.
• Solve the technical problems for different trades in order to execute the structural works at the right scheduled time in the right place in good condition.

•  Reading.

• Swimming, and running. 

• Listening to music.
